Abstract
결론
최근 조선대학교 치과대학 부속치과병원 구강악안면외과에서 Le Fort Ⅰ 상악골 전진술
을 시행받은 7명 환자에서 비부의 변화를 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
1. 비저의 폭경은 모든 환자에서 증가되었으며, 전진량과 술전과 술후 차이간에는 음의 상
관관계를 보였으나 통계학적 유의성은 보이지 않았다.
2. Nasal height는 감소하는 경향을 보였으며 전진량과 술전, 술후간에는 양의 상관관계를
보였으며 통계학적인 유의성이 있었다.
3. Nasolabial angle은 일정한 증가나 감소는 보이지 않았으며, 전진량과 술전, 술후간에
음의 상관관계를 보였으나 통계학적 유의성은 보이지 않았다.
4. Nasal tip은 측두방사선 술전과 술후 중첩사진에서 upturning되는 경향을 보였다.
The nose, a striking features of the human face, is regarded by many clinicians as
the keystone of facial esthetics. Clinically, as the treatment of a dentofacial deformity,
the soft tissue changes that occurred normally with movement of the skeletal bases.
Changes of the sort tissue in the maxillary orthognathic surgery are widening of alar
base, elevated nasal tip and flattening of upper lip. In addition, soft tissue change is
difficult to predict, it has considerable variability in the response of soft tissue.
We reviewed patients who received Le Fort Ⅰ advancement osteotomy in our
department and analysed preoperative and postoperative alar base width, nasal height in
clinical measurement and cephalometry and patient's satisfaction of postoperative nasal
appearance.
